The data we use

Business information about your company: its name, website address, city, trade, public phone number and the business email address published on its website.

Measurements of your public website: mobile speed (Google PageSpeed), technical SEO, HTTPS security, whether it offers a tap-to-call number, online booking and links to your social accounts.

Where available, public information from the French business registry: SIREN number, headcount range, creation date, administrative status.

We collect no sensitive data and no data about your private life.

Where it comes from

From public sources: your company website, its Google business listing, and the French government public business directory (recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr).

Why, and on what basis

To send you a business proposal related to your professional activity: a redesign of your website or the Convosia tool.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in reaching out to businesses about services related to their activity (GDPR article 6(1)(f)). Every message lets you refuse any further contact, simply and free of charge.

Pages prepared for you

When we send you a redesigned page, we know whether it was opened, for how long, how far it was scrolled and which buttons were clicked.

This tracking uses no cookies and no advertising trackers. Your IP address is never stored in plain text: it is irreversibly transformed (salted SHA-256 hash) to tell two devices apart without identifying you.

A bubble in the bottom right corner presents the Convosia assistant, which we publish. It only loads if you click it: the conversation then takes place on convosia.app, which sets the cookies it needs to work.

These pages are not indexed by search engines and expire after 30 days.

Who can access it

Only Novaxis Studio and the technical providers we need: the host of this website (Hostinger), the email sending tool (Smartlead) and the email address verification service (Instantly).

Some of these providers, like Novaxis Group LLC itself, are based in the United States: your data may therefore be processed outside the European Union.

We never sell or rent any data.

How long we keep it

At most three years after our last contact with you, after which it is deleted.

If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep only your address (or your company domain) on a suppression list, to make sure you never hear from us again.

Your rights

You can object to our messages at any time, access your data, have it corrected or erased, or restrict its use: write to ceo@novaxisgroup.tech, or simply reply "no" to any of our messages. We handle these requests promptly.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can contact the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr) or the authority in your country.
